Introduction: Breast cancer is the most common malignancy of the female population, Recently, however, we meet more often with the occurrence of breast cancer in women between 30 and and 40 year. For women this age range is not preventive screening mammography, sonography and only clinical examination-examination by touch. Material and methods: In the period from 1.5. 2005 to 31.12. 2015 we performed mammographic and sonographic examinations/more than 56,000 mammograms, while more than 120,000 sonographic examination.
