Problems of diagnosis and treatment of bronchiectasis in Kyrgyz Republic in conditions of limited health care resources

Aim: To examine the diagnosis and treatment of bronchiectasis in Kyrgyz Republic Materials and Methods: During 12 months in 2015, 1796 patients were observed in pulmonology department of National centre of cardiology and internal medicine. Distribution of patients by referral's from local doctors: bronchial asthma -557, 998 with COPD, bronchiectasis- 56, 185 -pneumonia. 176 participants were examined by CT, bronchiectasis were verified in 59 cases first time, 38 patients of them were directed with COPD.
