Zusammenfassung
Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) in infants is characterized by a high incidence of translocations involving the MLL gene, and is associated with an unfavorable prognosis. Here we investigate a case of monozygotic twin sisters harboring an MLL-ENL fusion. Both sisters had good treatment response at the end of induction.
