Les auteurs décrivent un cas de crise thyréotoxique causée par la destruction de métastases pulmonaires fonctionellement actives d’une tumeur thyroïde par l’iode radioactif. Les symptômes toxiques ont regressé spontanément après un simple traitement symptomatique.
