Zusammenfassung

The prevalence of diet-related, chronic diseases is increasing worldwide. At the same time, the global food system is responsible for climate change, biodiversity loss, and land-use changes such as deforestation. A dietary shift to a plant-based diet could protect both individual and planetary health. Studies have shown that in community samples, nudging can positively influence dietary choices. In hospital patients, no study investigating nudging strategies has been conducted to date.
