Zusammenfassung

Introduction People requiring nutritional care are not systematically detected, given advice or referred to a dietician. This could be explained by the fact that healthcare professionals (HCP) do not necessarily possess the tools, knowledge or expertise to explore and manage nutritional aspects of care processes (1). The risk is that information is given based on one’s own experiences or representations. Dieticians account for a small minority of HCP.
