COMPATIBILITY AND STABILITY ASSESSMENT OF SANDIMMUN® IN COMMERCIAL ALL-IN-ONE PARENTERAL NUTRITION ADMIXTURES: CHALLENGES FOR THE VALIDATION OF THE METHODS

Introduction: Patients with parenteral nutrition (PN) often require i.v. drugs to treat underlying diseases. Critical dose drug cyclosporine A (CsA; Sandimmun®) is used in transplanted patients potentially also candidates for PN. CsA is a highly lipophilic drug solubilized for the i.v. formulation.
