Aims: Self-management of weight loss and maintaining the weight-reduced state is challenging. This randomised controlled trial assessed the effectiveness of a personalised weight management (PWM) program over 32 weeks compared with standard care (SC) on body weight, body composition and cardiorespiratory fitness (VO2max). Methods: Subjects (38±5 y; 30±2kg/m2; 35 M:39 F) were randomised into PWM and SC groups.
