Zusammenfassung

Aim: To compare the effects of an individual nutritional intervention and a standard nutritional advice in malnourished patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods: Thirty patients participated in this randomised, unblinded, pilot study. Patients (n=16) in the intervention group received an individual nutritional intervention which was carried out by a dietician according to a dietary protocol.
