Subjective global assessment and bioelectric impedance analysis in patients with pressure ulcers

Introduction: Several studies are suggesting significant nutritional deficiencies in patients with pressure ulcers. However, available data basis is yet inconclusive. Patients and Methods: A prevalence study investigating the prevalence of pressure ulcers was conducted in a tertiary care hospital: 842 patients (resembling 81.7% of available hospital beds) were included.
