Zusammenfassung

A sustained reduction in body weight is one of the preventive measures to avoid obesity complications and to reduce health risk factors, an intervention study has been conducted among 60 Saudi obese females in the childbearing age (18–45) divided to intervention and non-intervention group for 60 days.
