Aim of the study: This retrospective study aims to evaluate the impact of breakfast clubs within a low-income, disadvantaged study population as a practical intervention towards the improvement of access, behaviour, attitude and knowledge of school children with regard to healthy food choices. The procedure methods: A convenience sample (n=215) was drawn from seven schools of comparable age, gender and socio-economic profile.
