A Surgical Solution of Aphagia Caused by Malignancy

Aim: The aim of the study is to evaluate the possibilities of the surgical palliative solution of esophageal obstruction caused by malignancy, in the cases when it cannot be solved endoscopically. Malignant esophageal obstruction in the advanced stage of the illness presents a complicated challenge. The criterion for success is to enable long term swallowing.
