Zusammenfassung

The aim of the study was to explore predictors of Norwegian dieticians' wish for a more holistic nutrition education. In Norway, university level nutrition education has a history of being closely associated with the medical sciences, from which it has extensively adopted the dominating educational ideology, epistemology, and research methodology.
