Introduction/Theoretical Background: According to Fritz Perls (1938), aggression or aggressive behavior could be perceived as the individual ability to form the environment according to one's personal needs and interests, as well as the competence to deal with conflicts. This might be an alternative view to the approach of strictly defining aggression as a destructive, negative force. In this way of thinking eating behavior might be seen as aggressive behavior, too.
