Zusammenfassung

Background: Both diabetic patients and patients with impaired renal function exhibit an oxidant-antioxidant imbalance, but comprehensive data on patients with type 2 diabetes (T2DM) with and without DN are still lacking. Objectives: A case-control study was performed to identify biomarkers of oxidative stress that are associated with DN in patients with T2DM.
