Specific nutritional assessment is a mandatory tool in treatment of pressure ulcer

Background: Few data is available on the nutritional status of elderly multimorbid patients with pressure ulcers (PU). The aim of our study was to examine the influence of nutritional status on PU of multimorbid elderly hospitalised patients with a standardised nutritional assessment within 48h after admission.
