Rationale: Study changes of level of blood cytokines in the patients with severe stroke with and without prescribe to of lipid emulsion, enriched by the fish oil. Methods: 20 patients with severe stroke (8 men and 12 women), aged from 33 up to 86 years old, located on treatment in ICU, were randomized to two groups. In the patients from the first group on the background of total parenteral nutrition were prescribed of the lipid emulsion “Lipoplus“ (B.
