Goal of the Study: Resources and chances of recovery may be perceived as limited in very old (age ≥80 years) intensive care patients (VOP). Frailty is common and has been shown to predict outcomes [1]. Health care professionals may be more reluctant to admit VOP to intensive care units (ICUs) and submit them to invasive procedures [2].
