Zusammenfassung

Die Verletzung retroperitonealer Gefäße ist eine schwerwiegende, wenig bekannte Komplikation der gynäkologischen Laparoskopie. Anhand einer Fallmitteilung wird diskutiert, welche Rolle der Anästhesie bei der Diagnostik und Therapie dieser Zwischenfälle zukommt. Injury to retroperitoneal blood vessels is arare, but very serious hazard of gynaecological laparoscopy. The role of anaesthesia in the diagnostic and therapeutic management of this iatrogenic complication is discussed. A typical case is reported.
