Zusammenfassung

Es wird über ein Gerät zur Vermeidung von Komplikationen bei der nasotrachealen Intubation berichtet. Anhand klinischer Untersuchungen konnten die Vorteile dieses Gerätes belegt werden. Nasotracheal intubation can lead to complications. We describe a device for protecting the nasal passage and preventing a false passage. Clinical studies show that this significantly reduces the incidence of bleeding, mucosal damage, failure and mucosal erosion.
