Zusammenfassung

Background: Disease patterns originally dominated by infectious diseases now change to those of degenerative disease, such as dyslipidemia, one of the risk factors for coronary heart disease. In addition,excessive and unhealthy diet gives an effect onthe lipid profile. Fruits containing soluble fiber (pectin) and high vitamin C such as guava can be used as material for hypercolesterolaemic intervention. On the other hand mild-moderate exercise also influence the decrease of blood lipid profile.
