IntroductionMost developed countries face problems due to population aging, and the aging process is expected to be more and more prevalent in developing countries as well [3]. The financial and social problems due to population aging were partly exacerbated by the generous pay as you go pension regulations, in which pensions of the retirees were financed by the earnings of the working population. As the demographic shift advances, the proportion of wage earners relative to beneficiaries is shrinking [10] and pension payments can no longer be covered given the previously set retirement ages and early retirement…
