Zusammenfassung

Das Modellprojekt „Leading Nurse“ in 16 bayerischen Pflegeeinrichtungen ist abgeschlossen und zieht eine positive Bilanz. Mehr Verantwortung für Pflegefachkräfte und partizipative Organisationsentwicklung stehen im Zentrum.
