Since 20 years, the Bologna process has influenced the higher education market – Student-centered learning and strengthening employability are essential aims. The Yerevan Communiqué (2015) underlines the development of students’ competencies as necessary to handle the rapidly changing labor market – especially personal and social competencies should be advocated.
