Background The beneficial effects of resistance training for People with Hemophilia (PWH) is well known, but starting to exercise on a regular basis remains a challenge. Blended therapy, defined as the combination of face-to-face physiotherapy (PT) and tele-therapy may help untrained PWH to overcome some of the barriers to starting a regular exercise program.
