Introduction: A negative impact of digitalised work (dw) especially on older workers has largely been assumed. But how much are they actually exposed to dw, and how is this associated with their appraisal of dw, work ability and health? We examine these questions in a representative sample of older workers in Germany. Methods: Survey data from wave 3 of the lidA cohort study were used (2018, n = 3149, employees born in 1959 or 1965).
