Introduction Assessing activities of daily living functioning (ADL) is essential for diagnosing neurocognitive disorders (NCD), but there is currently no standardized and validated instrument based on DSM-5 diagnosis criteria. The aim of this study was to evaluate the psychometric properties of the Assessment of ADL Impairments due to Neurocognitive Decline (A-NKS) for differentiating ADL impairments caused by NCD.
