Zusammenfassung

In Germany, 1.99 million people with a migration background (PwM) are older than 64 years and approximately 96,500 are estimated to be living with dementia. The PwM with dementia and their families face not only dementia but also challenges related to accessing information and the healthcare system. For them to utilize services that provide information, care and support, these services have to be low-threshold, culturally sensitive and adapted to their needs.
