Zusammenfassung

A patient was admitted to the emergency department following a dog bite. An ointment dressing was applied, and the patient was told to take an antibiotic on his own if his condition worsened. In the course of treatment, a hand phlegmon developed and the dog owner sued the treating doctor for treatment and diagnostic errors.
