Zusammenfassung

A patient suffering from malabsorption following partial pancreatectomy and extensive bowel resection was receiving intramuscular vitamin injections that had been individually pre-filled by a pharmacy. Following a change of doctor, expired syringes were returned to him, of which he was informed. He is suing for damages as he suspects that expired syringes were used, and that the dosage was incorrect.
