12 months after coronary artery surgery or drug therapy: assessment of treatment efficient

The aim of this study was to investigate dynamics of functional indices of cardiac system in patients with coronary heart disease in course of surgical or conservative treatment. Methods: We enrolled 25 patients with mild stable angina. Seattle and Minnesota questionnaires were given to every patients. Stress echocardiography with cycling was executed to every patient. Cardiac frequency at which cardiac index starts its descending limb called critical heart rate.
