The Use of Sulcoflex Multifocal IOLs

Four eyes of three patients had implantation of a Sulcoflex Multifocal intraocular lens (Rayner, UK). One eye of 1 patient had a hyperopic refractive surprise after routine phakoemulsification and no prior laser refractive surgery, 1 eye of 1 patient had a hyperopic refractive surprise after routine phakoemulsification and but had undergone prior laser refractive surgery, and 2 eyes of 1 patient had previously undergone laser refractive surgery but were emmetropic after routine phakoemulsification.
