Methods and markers for screening and early diagnosis of CRC is still missing. Gene expression analysis of peripheral blood using high-density oligonucleotide microarray can contribute to the determination of distant blood markers of local pathophysiological alterations in colorectal diseases like CRC, adenoma IBD.
