Clinical outcome of simultaneous endoscopic self-expandable metal stent insertion for palliation malignant biliary and duodenal obstruction

Background and study aims: Previous studies have shown that self-expandable metal stents/SEMS/are an effective method for palliation of malignant biliary and duodenal obstruction. Combined biliary and duodenal stenting remains a technical challenge, however.
