Introduction: It is presented a rare case of a fetus diagnostic with Thanatophoric Dysplasia during the third trimester of pregnancy. Material-Method: A 25 years old woman was followed up in the outpatient department of obstetric gynaecology of Pyrgos GH. The age of gestation was 22 weeks and 6days and this was diagnosed with a B-level ultrasonograph. Results: Furthermore the measurements of B-level ultrasonograph were: BPD 55mm, HC 199mm, OFD 72mm, CM 6.8mm, Va 6.9, Vp 7.2, AC 167mm, FL 29mm, B 370gr, TTD 45mm, A-P 49mm, thoracic perimeter 148mm, thorax / abdomen-ratio 0.89mm, thoracic wall long and slim.
