Background/Objectives: The „Development of a European Measure of Best Practice for People with Longer Term Mental Illness in Institutional Care“ (DEMoBinc) project was a collaboration between 11 centres in 10 European countries of varying levels of deinstitutionalisation and mental health service provision.
