A rare case of association in hepatocellular carcinoma: Portal vein thrombosis and pelvic mass

Purpose: To describe a rare ultrasound finding of a hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) associated with left portal branch thrombosis and a gigantic pelvic mass. Material and methods: O 67 years old patient with pulmonary tuberculosis was examined with grey-scale, Doppler and Power Doppler ultrasonography (US) and a rare association was found.
