Right ventricular tissue doppler time intervals in diastolic heart failure

Purpose: There are no simple EchCG signs for diagnosis of Diastolic Heart Failure (DHF). The purpose of our research was to study the changes in right ventricular (RV) TDI parameters in patients with DHF. Material and methods: We studied 30 patients with II-IV NYHA functional class DHF (I gr.) and 110 patients with Arterial Hypertension and Coronary Artery Disease but without HF.
