SCROTAL ACUTE PAIN IN CHILDREN: COLOR DOPPLER AND POWER DOPPLER IMAGING

Purpose: The differential diagnosis of the causes of acute scrotum in children only by clinical exams, is often very difficult. By color Doppler sonography we get important information about testicular vessels that helps us in the diagnosis. The aim of this study was to estimate of the color Doppler and power Doppler sonography efficacy in diagnosis of acute scrotum in children.
