Differential activation and regulation of interferon responsive signalling pathways in parenchymal and non-parenchymal liver cells

Aims: Type I and type II interferons signal through distinct but related pathways, but still little is known about the specificity of interferon responses in different liver cells and their regulation by anti-inflammatory cytokines.
