Long term follow up of patients treated with PRK and Mitomycin-C

Purpose: To evaluate the safety and efficacy of Mitomycin-C in patients with PRK and Mitomycin-C. Method: 106 eyes of 59 patients treated with PRK and Mitomycin-C were enrolled in this study. All patients were followed more than 5 years. The mean follow up was 65 months ranged from 63 to 70 months. The pre and postoperative spherical equivalent and postoperative complications were measured. Confocal microscopic examination was done.
