Abstract Objective To observe the effects of kinesio taping on muscle force of quadriceps and hamstring in un-dominant side. MethodsThe subjects are consisted of 25 normal adults ranging from 20 to 25. The experiment was carried out by Biodex S4 in the angular velocity of 60°/s. 24 hours of ongoing taping later, the experiment was taken again by multijoint isokinetic test and training system before applying the tape, taping immediately and 24h-taping.
