Introduction: Uterine sarcomas comprise a heterogeneous group of diseases with different pathology appearance, clinical course and natural history. They account for only 3% of all uterine malignancies. Due to the rareness of the disease and lack of prospective randomized trials, guidelines of therapeutic management are nonexistent. Therefore our working group aimed to establish a clinical registry of all women that undergo treatment for uterine sarcomas at our institution.
