Objective: To determine the prevalence of gestational diabetes using 50 g glucose challenge test first hour value. Settings: A Prenatal Diagnosis and Therapy Centre and Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology of a tertiary University Teaching Hospital in Lagos.
