Purpose: First, to evaluate whether high field MRI of the pelvis is feasible. Second, to gain first experiences with the presentation of benign and malignant diseases of the pelvis at 3T. Third, to evaluate the potential of a high spatial resolution protocol of the pelvis at 3T. Materials and Methods: Comparison of a 3T imaging protocol (3T-SP) adjusted to the 1.5T imaging protocol with comparable scan time and spatial resolution.
