INDICES OF HEMODYNAMICS IN FETAL MEDIAL CEREBRAL ARTERY – MARKER OF THE OPTIMAL TIME OF DELIVERY

Purpose: To study the dynamics of indices in fetal arteria cerebri media (ACM) during the physiological and complicated course of pregnancy. Methods and Materials: In 517 pregnant women the dynamic dopplermetric investigation of indices in fetal ACM was carried out at 15–16, 20–22, 28–30, 34–36 gestational weeks and weekly after 36 weeks of gestation (Toschiba SSD-340 Ecoccee).
