Purpose: The purpose of the study is a technique of punction and conservative treatment of cystic ovarian lesions. Methods and Materials: For this procedure cyst must be unilocular, sonolucent, with a smooth inner wall of the capsule, without septa and without neovascularisation on transvaginal color Doppler. Serum CA-125 levels were lower than 35 U/ml in all cases. Intravenous analgesia was achieved with Diazepam prior to the procedure.
