Optimising refractive outcomes in refractive surgery

The purpose of this presentation is to describe our technique for maximizing our outcomes in refractive surgery. Techniques for management of the ocular surface before and after refractive surgery will be discussed. Advanced surface ablation using Epi-LASIK will also be presented. Pre-operative patient selection, intraoperative management and clinical data from our Epi-LASIK trials will be shown. Postoperative management of patients including pain control will also be described.
