Long-term results and pregnancy rate after myomectomy

Objective: The purpose of this study was to examine the long-term outcome and pregnancy rate after myomectomy. MATERIALS AND Methods: In this retrospective study all patients who underwent a myomectomy between1996 and 2004 at the University Hospital of Vienna, Dept. of Gynaecological Endocrinology, were included.
